Job Description

  • Services are provided to users by voice and text
  • Deal with users' problems and offer help to users
  • Keep in touch with users to improve user experience
  • Record work order and give feedback in time
  • Timely find out user problems and unexpected problems and feedback
  • Solve customers' difficult problems

Job Requirements

  • Native Arabic (listening, speaking, typing), know how to communicate with customers from, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Oman preferred
  • English: very good
  • Able to work under pressure, accept shift work requirements
  • Sense of responsibility and service, customer service experience is preferred
  • Be familiar with computer and office software
