Job Description
- Services are provided to users by voice and text
- Deal with users' problems and offer help to users
- Keep in touch with users to improve user experience
- Record work order and give feedback in time
- Timely find out user problems and unexpected problems and feedback
- Solve customers' difficult problems
Job Requirements
- Native Arabic (listening, speaking, typing), know how to communicate with customers from, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Oman preferred
- English: very good
- Able to work under pressure, accept shift work requirements
- Sense of responsibility and service, customer service experience is preferred
- Be familiar with computer and office software
