About the Job
  • Identify and access customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Receives complains from customers on daily basis and handle all incoming complains in a professional manner and make sure the resolution of the problem.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is an asset.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
