- Identify and access customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Receives complains from customers on daily basis and handle all incoming complains in a professional manner and make sure the resolution of the problem.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from reputable university.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is an asset.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
