Job Description

  • Build a pool of potential candidates through keeping an updated database of current CVs received from different sources
  • Document interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis, as well as all no-show reasons.
  • Conduct phone screening interviews
  • Post job vacancies through different recruitment channels, screening resumes, conducting in-person interviews with candidates and preparing shortlists.
  • Manage applicant database and tracking system
  • Manage & Implement the on-boarding process
  • Conduct initial face to face interviews, using interviewing techniques to evaluate the candidate's knowledge, skills, and attitude.
  • Arrange interviews with the candidates and the managers.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources,  or a related field is required.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Experience in Outsourcing and Mass Hiring
  • 2-3 years of experience as Recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Experience with (phone, online and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
  • Experience in Recruitment  , serving blue and white collars.
  • Males only
