Job Description
- Build a pool of potential candidates through keeping an updated database of current CVs received from different sources
- Document interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis, as well as all no-show reasons.
- Conduct phone screening interviews
- Post job vacancies through different recruitment channels, screening resumes, conducting in-person interviews with candidates and preparing shortlists.
- Manage applicant database and tracking system
- Manage & Implement the on-boarding process
- Conduct initial face to face interviews, using interviewing techniques to evaluate the candidate's knowledge, skills, and attitude.
- Arrange interviews with the candidates and the managers.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field is required.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Experience in Outsourcing and Mass Hiring
- 2-3 years of experience as Recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Experience with (phone, online and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
- Experience in Recruitment , serving blue and white collars.
