Job Description
- Leads acceptance improvement efforts including identification of root cause and assists in the creation of a resolution plan
- Leverages analytical skills to serve as an expert-level technical resource responsible for reviewing transaction data to identify and evaluate acceptance gaps
- Develops resolution plans in order to address identified gaps
- Engages with key Acquirers in the Region to conduct periodic approval rates reviews and to identify improvement opportunities
- Prioritizes issue management according to the impact on the global and regional key accounts
- Leverages the CRM tool to provide an accurate description and status of the managed issues
- Interfaces with MasterCard customers to resolve complex acceptance challenges, escalating highly complex or strategically important issues to management team
- Leads large-sized projects/initiatives as an individual contributor
Job Requirements
- Experience leading/co-leading acceptance improvement efforts and developing root cause and resolution plans
- Proven ability to serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert related to identification of acceptance gaps
- Experience prioritizing incident management efforts based on the degree of impact
- Experience interfacing, communicating, and reporting complex acceptance challenges with MasterCard customers
- Experience communicating technical issues and gaps to management team and internal stakeholders
