Job Description
Mastercard Payment Gateway Services provides an end to end Omni-Channel gateway solution for merchants, payment facilitators and acquiring banks.
This role will be responsible for working with Mastercard internal teams and external stakeholders to analyze business needs, support key initiatives and projects, monitor industry trends and report performance.
Reporting to the VP – Market Product Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of Mastercard payment gateway strategy within MEA through
- Working with local markers to develop go-to-market plans and develop new product enhancements
- Partner with Customer Delivery, Global Product management and market teams to execute product strategies
- Tracks progress and reports on project plans and roadmaps
- Supports development of internal knowledge documents such as case studies and industry best practices
- Provides training materials, material development, and product expertise for sales and RFP support Other Areas:
- Supports the development of business cases
