- Build and coach a team of business developers.
- Conduct double visits and coaching assessments to the team.
- Supervise and support each business developer performance.
- Approach customers and offer them advice on services to persuade them to buy.
- Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful manner.
- Take and record orders through a computer system in person or over the phone/e-mail.
