Job Description
- Managing the auditing process of the courier service
- Administrative supervision of the quality control team in terms of organization, coordination of materials and performance evaluation
- Coordinate with the rest of the departments' heads to ensure that all meet the company objectives
- Follow-up on the received complaints, and its solutions
- Follow-up of the preparation of the production reports
- Record technical data and reports related to quality
Job Requirements
- BA. Commerce, English Section
- 5+ years of experience in a courier service
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills
- V. Good command of English Language is a must
- Excellent Leadership Skills
