Job Description
- Manages the company's lobby area.
- Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers.
- Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from other assistants.
- Handles incoming calls and may operate a switchboard.
- Sends follow-up e-mails in English and Arabic
- Provide administrative services for the HR Department.
- Also, may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
- Coordinate meetings and organize catering.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment.
- Control inventory relevant to reception area.
- Follow up with company's customers, employees and services providers.
Job Requirements
- Females only
- Presentable
- Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good command of English language (writing & speaking)
- Preferable Obour City Residents or near-by areas (like New Cairo and 10th of Ramadan) - (Company is located in Ahmed Orabi Agricultural Cooperative Association)
- Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
