Job Description
Job purpose:
- Working in all Hr functions and all HR related matters.
Job description:
- Prepare & implement the whole recruitment cycle.
- Prepare attendance sheet every month, apply any compensation & benefits to the payroll sheet & finalize the payroll sheet then send it to the accounting department.
- Prepare and update the vacation sheet.
- Prepare form 1,2,6 for social insurance
- Checking all employees employment documents, filing them & put all the information on the HRIS system.
- Investigate in any issue will happen, recording them and assist in taking action
- Implement labor law rules.
- Recognize the implementation of the company policies and procedures, update and create them.
- Participate in preparing all department's appraisal & update the KPI'S
- Preparing training plan
Job Requirements
- Previous work in the same role in a software company or in the information technology field.
- Experience not less 3 years and 5 years are the maximum (preferred in the same role).
- Expert in English.
- HR studies is a must.
- Presentable.
- Bachelor degree in any field preferred any English section.
- Good Excel user.
- Good communication skills.
