Job Description
- Responsible for projects located in the same area and reports to Housekeeping section Head
- Develop monthly report including all necessary analyses Inspection once per week
- Responsible for monthly staff meetings Hold monthly meetings with clients .
- Handle all HR issues including transfers, overtime, promotions, adjustments, missions etc.
- Manage uniforms and personal hygiene of staff Inspect equipment regularly and follow-up with the technician all repairs needed.
- Responsible for monthly stock orders Make sure that ISO files kept up to date.
- Manage disciplinary action against staff who breach the rules Develop and monitor monthly leave schedules Monitor absenteeism and sick leave.
- Monitor resignations and turnover Solve wage queries and give feedback to staff Follow up with staff medical queries Check and deliver invoices if needed.
- Follow up with monthly payments when needed Do all tasks related to Asset 360 systems Arrange for task orders and missions.
Job Requirements
- Tourism and Hotels or Bachelor's Degree at least in any field.
- 3+ years of experience in hotel industry is a must.
- Excellent communication, Public relation and leadership skills.
- Very Good computer skills.
- Work experience in housekeeping, facility operations or similar role.
- Proven experience in hospitality, facility or housekeeping field at large organizations .
- Ability to develop plans, reports and presentations.
