Job Description

  • We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
  • Sales Executive responsibilities include managing sales team, discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.
  • Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities; Identify new potential customers, Set up ideal prospecting strategies.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Manage sales team
  • Manage key accounts
  • Act as the point of contact for clients
  • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • Supervise sales account representatives
  • Ensure budget and time requirements are met
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive
  • Hands on experience with customer service
  • An ability to gasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field

Candidates with the following will be preferred:

  • Proven experience in trucking industry
  • Experience in corporate sales
