Job Description

  • Achieve the sales call through professional technical support specially a chemical products.
  • Continues prospect for new accounts through several way's e.g. new territory scanning
  • Bids and tenders prospect and prepare and always follow the news of bids and tenders and insure to position the company to gain the customer needs.
  • Continues appraise the customer marketing position to capitalize the chance of sales.
  • Marketing and market qualitative and quantitative researches to major the company market share, customer satisfaction and the product position through the available sources either I make the research or heir an agency.
  • Appraise the sales force performance through personal observation and 360 degree survey
  • Maintain the customer relationship and lead the customer to a loyalty position.
  • Prepares updates and monitors the marketing budget, strategy and plan.
  • Organizes and manages new product launches, and coordinates with the Sales manage to ensure that the sales force are trained to sell these new products
  • Initiates and updates market researches per the required country/sector and concludes recommendations aiming to market share enhancement and/or new market/sector penetration.
  • Manages the establishment and updating of a complete marketing material library to be utilized across the customer interface departments.
  • Identify target customers and develops client acquisition strategies in coordination with the Sales manager.
  • Liaises constantly with the Sales department to provide the required support in terms of data, research and marketing materials.
  • Manage and develop the specification selling approach with construction consultants and contractors.
  • Constantly monitors market variations and competitors’ movements and initiates adaptive tactics and counter actions to be implemented in coordination with the concerned departments.
  • Manages the establishment and updating of relevant databases(Customers/projects/applicators/fabricators/specifies)
  • Maintain cost control on department activities according to set budget.
  • Manages organization & participation at relevant exhibitions/symposium/events.

Job Requirements

  • Education:-

    • BSc in commerce or marketing.
    • MBA is a plus.

    Other Abilities:-

  • At least 10 years experience in the field of paints, with proven supervisory and managerial capabilities.
  • Local market knowledge (customers, products, competitors).
  • Flexible, possesses leadership, active, proactive, result oriented, work under pressure, delivers on time, team player, respects hierarchy.
  • Analytical and training skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Have some sales experience and extensive marketing experience.
