Job Description
- Monitor inventory levels and obsolescence in a warehouse.
- Filing inbound and outbound documents.
- Responsible for all the stock located within the warehouse
- Controls and monitors the movement of all inventory items and ensures that inventory items are available when required.
- Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate
- Keeps the warehouse clean and presentable
- Entering data on the system if required
- Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
- Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders
- Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders, reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Job Requirements
- From 1-2 years of experience in the warehouse field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of the English language.
