Job Description

The candidate for this position will be responsible for Sales & Marketing of the Training Programs of Prime Gear Academy through achieving the following Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders
  • Clearly communicate the progress of Weekly \monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Develop new business with existing \new clients to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Achieve the requested ( Sales Training ) Target within the year
  • Build and Forecast a suitable Sales Pipeline

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience in the Sales\ Business development field
  • Perfect English Written and Spoken
  • Strong Verbal Communication skills
  • Organized and Structural personal
  • Task Achiever and objectives oriented
  • Ability to maintain his Client database using CRM programs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Excellent computer skills (Word-Excel-Outlook-Internet & Browsing).
