Job Description

  • Continually improves processes to develop Performance Appraisal systems.
  • Develop ideas/uses for technology, in human performance processes.
  • Establish methods to reduce turnover related to poor performance.
  • Maintain the appraisal system conduct assessment programs to identify potential employees for promotion and classify gaps on skill set.
  • Maintain the Disciplinary action matrix in line with applicable policies and procedures and labor law, and handle disciplinary issues accordingly Conduct seasonal studies on different HR metrics such as company turnover, probationary success, disciplinary actions, promotional rates and employee satisfaction survey.
  • Analyze related reports and suggest action plans accordingly Coach Managers on conflict resolution.
  • Develop and organize national and local performance indicators.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the communication to all staff of performance issues including the preparation of reports for managers and committees and giving presentations.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer programs ;excel , word & power point .
  • Analysis skills
  • Strong written communication skills / Report writing
  • Fluent English
  • Multi-tasking & working well under pressure .
