Operations & Technical Training Coordinator

You are responsible for superior execution of E&T tasks and projects which include but are not limited to:

• Training reports and systems (i.e. tracking & maintain training completion, update the online training system, archive training qualifications and reflection on system, update and Maintain training skill matrix etc)
• Administration and Coordination of technical training (i.e. Design, track, and execute training plans, coordination of training logistics including follow-up of enrollments, preparation of materials, development of new training materials).
• Coordinating and maintaining organization’s technical on-boarding program.
• You will be planning, delivery and evaluation of tech -training programs to ensure delivery of Training calendar with excellence.
• Responsible for the technical training needs assessment, prioritization, plan & calendar.
• you will responsible for building a positive relationship with the trainers and their evaluation to ensure quality trainings.
• Assist the site L&D on projects (i.e. New Hire Qualification programs for operators, tool-kits, programs, etc.)
• adopt with the organization to embrace self-learning culture.
