Job Description
You are responsible for superior execution of E&T tasks and projects which include but are not limited to:
- Training reports and systems (i.e. tracking & maintain training completion, update the online training system, archive training qualifications and reflection on system, update and Maintain training skill matrix etc)
- Administration and Coordination of technical training (i.e. Design, track, and execute training plans, coordination of training logistics including follow-up of enrollments, preparation of materials, development of new training materials).
- Coordinating and maintaining organization’s technical on-boarding program.
- You will be planning, delivery and evaluation of tech -training programs to ensure delivery of Training calendar with excellence.
- Responsible for the technical training needs assessment, prioritization, plan & calendar.
- you will responsible for building a positive relationship with the trainers and their evaluation to ensure quality trainings.
- Assist the site L&D on projects (i.e. New Hire Qualification programs for operators, tool-kits, programs, etc.)
- adopt with the organization to embrace self-learning culture.
Job Requirements

- Saudi Female Citizen.
- Minimum bachelor degree of science in administration or any related major
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent Leadership, communication, and execution skills.
- Ability to conduct business in Arabic & English
