Job Description
- Communicate with hiring managers for vacant positions.
- Develop JDs & KPIs Post Job Ads in relevant channels
- Screen & Shortlist candidates
- Conduct interviews & assessments
- Coordinate technical interviews & finalize job offers
- Handle on boarding of new hires
- Support HR department with needed tasks
- Build & sustain professional relationships with employees.
Job Requirements
- The Excellent user of MS Excel (advanced functions & data analysis)
- Hands on solid experience in all aspects of talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, assessment, selection , offering & on boarding
- Very Good Ability to write Job descriptions & KPIs
- Attention to details and organized personality is a must.
- Excellent command of English written and spoken.]
