Job Description
- Responsible for Installing,troubleshooting and configuring voice and unified communication Cisco equipment.
Job Requirements
- BSc. of Communications or Computer Engineering/ Computer Science.
- Good understanding of VOIP and IP Telephony protocols and standards.|
- 2-4 years of experience installing Cisco Unified Communication solutions
- CCNA Voice is required CCNP Voice is preferred
Experience in two or more of these products/technologies:
- Cisco CUCM is a must
- Cisco Voice Gateways is a must
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
- Cisco Unity
- Cisco WebEx
- Cisco Recording solution or any equivalent recording solution.
- Billing solutions
- Integration with 3rd parties PBX
