Job Description
- Design and troubleshoot the visual aspects of an ad campaign, from the initial planning stages until the finished campaign is presented to the client or company.
- Take the design from the concept to the Print-Ready Artwork, knowledge of large scale graphics is a plus.
- Ensuring that all aspects of the campaign align with the needs of the client or company.
- Troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise.
- Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in graphic design with a supporting portfolio, more education, or industry-specific knowledge may be required.
- Proficiency with computers, especially Adobe Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability.
- Is a strong team-player and has a “can do “ approach.
- High level of accountability and motivation.
- MUST PROVIDE PORTFOLIO (PDF, Behance, personal website, etc)
