Job Description

  • Conduct market research, identify competitors and evaluate their value proposition in comparison to ours and monitor market trends
  • Recommend product and marketing strategies
  • Collect data on prospects, validate, evaluate and summarize it
  • Generate leads through data analysis and using customer profile evaluation technique
  • Approach client by selecting proper channels, pitching messages, and highlighting value proposition
  • Provide clients with close awareness about our solutions by conducting presentations and engaging them in meetings & workshop with technical teams if necessary
  • Enquire about clients’ budget, negotiate & consult them on how to maximize their value for money,
  • Submit financial proposal, and make discounts & offers to push the deal forward when this is needed
  • Follow up with client to close the deal, prepare sales order and send it to finance department
  • Follow up with operational teams and finance project deliverables, payment and client satisfaction
  • Register & update all activities with client on the CRM system
  • Send daily & weekly activities report to the sales coordinator
  • Provide pipeline analysis, recommendations and action plans
  • Prepare & submit sales target milestones & achievement report on a timely fashion

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Computer Science
  • Sales Diploma
  • Microsoft office
  • 3-5 years of experience in a selling similar solutions
  • Previous solid knowledge in HRM terminology, software, and processes is a must
  • Advanced Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Presentation, Negotiation & persuasion skills
  • Analysis & Reporting
  • English Fluency
  • Age; 25-30 years old
  • Residence location; Cairo resident
