Job Description
- Chairman Assistant to a head of the multinational company with many focuses on different industries.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.).
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare the agenda for meetings.
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Provide general support to visitors.
