Job Description

  • Chairman Assistant to a head of the multinational company with many focuses on different industries.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.).
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare the agenda for meetings.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Provide general support to visitors.

Job Requirements

  • Has to be multitasker with perfect English speaking and writing
  • Career-oriented
  • Willing to go the extra mile to achieve planned goals
  • Willing to work long and flexible hours and weekends
  • Willing to travel, very discrete, & independent.
  • Has driver license
