Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Participate in meetings of the Board of Directors and provide necessary advice regarding the financial implications of top management decisions.
  • Participate in setting the main objectives of the company, as well as long- term strategic plans and contribute to their formulation.
  • Determine the organizational objectives of the financial department and formulate financial strategies and policies and follow up their implementation in accordance with the company&# rules and procedures approved by the Board of Directors.
  • Prepare sub-plans to ensure the achievement of the main objectives of financial department.
  • Provide weekly, Bi-Monthly and monthly reports to direct managers on the
  • company&# financial performance and discuss these reports in the regular meetings of the Board of Directors.
  • Direct and supervise the financial planning activities within the company.
  •  Coordinate with the directors of other departments to make the
  • preparation and completion of annual budgets of the company easier.
  • Follow up and supervise the preparation of the company's financial statements.
  • Ensure financial control over cash flows, liquidity movements and all other financial instruments within the Company to ensure that sufficient cash is available for the Company&#needs and obligations.
  • Developing and improving the financial department mechanisms that contribute to improve the financial performance and reduce risks.
  • Follow up all changes related to financial legislation and laws and their interpretations within Egypt.

Scope of responsibility, supervision and staff

  • Finance Manager is responsible for all financial department related issues and for the integrity of the financial system. He is fully responsible for all the documents he approves and the decisions he makes, He is responsible for and supervise all financial department staff.

Job Requirements

Academic qualifications, professional experience and work
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance (Arabic or English) from an
  • internationally accredited university.
  • Obtained ICDL certificate or training certificates to learn operating systems and office programs.
  • It is preferable to holds one of the following professional certificates:
  • CFA, CMA, CIA, IFRS.

Languages

  • Arabic: fluent spoken and written. English
  • Very good spoken and written.Languages
