Retailer Services Executives play a significant role in connecting our teams to our clients, driving change with insights and measurable global impact. At Nielsen, Retailer Services Executives are known as trusted partners to their clients and industry experts to their colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Servicing

  • Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
  • Serve as primary contact to Senior and Junior level client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc.
  • Excellent and strong communication skills with C-Suite level and Junior level contacts.
  • Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company & quality standards
  • An unsupervised on-site presence which includes responsibilities on data requests, technical basic support and analysis
  • Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
  • Communicate client needs to appropriate team members
  • Analyze the necessary competition and market data.
  • Be directly accountable for the work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analysis, charting, etc.
  • Working close to the legal department and renewing the contracts or signing new agreements with the retailer clients.

Job Requirements

Functional / Technical

  • Having an idea about Qualitative and Quantitative research techniques
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint and high computer literacy skills
  • Advanced Presentation and Reporting skill.
  • Smart, Innovative, Idealist and Sensitive in his Job
  • Effective communication, management and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and selling skills
  • Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness
  • Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed
  • Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA / BS Required
  • 2 to 5 years FMCG experience desired (marketing / sales)
  • Basic knowledge of statistics
  • Fluent in English, Knowing Arabic is an advantage.
  • Entry level knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
  • No limitation for travelling
