Job Description

A female office manager is required for a GRC contracting company located in Badr City

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

  • Daily management of office activities.
  • handling correspondence& emails.
  • Design and implement filing systems.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings.
  • Monitor and maintain supplies inventory.
  • Organize the office layout; order office supplies when needed.
  • Prepare quotations& BOQs.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, projects.
  • Manage scheduling, expenses, merchants accounts and payroll

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 5-6 years of experience
  • Very Good Command of the English language, both verbal & written
  • Good computer skills especially MS Office
  • Reliable, presentable, professional attitude &appearance.
  • Good communication skills, flexible, able& willing to learn & handle various tasks
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A private car is a must.
  • Preferably nearby areas residents.
