Job Description
A female office manager is required for a GRC contracting company located in Badr City
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
- Daily management of office activities.
- handling correspondence& emails.
- Design and implement filing systems.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings.
- Monitor and maintain supplies inventory.
- Organize the office layout; order office supplies when needed.
- Prepare quotations& BOQs.
- Follow up on pending tasks, projects.
- Manage scheduling, expenses, merchants accounts and payroll
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 5-6 years of experience
- Very Good Command of the English language, both verbal & written
- Good computer skills especially MS Office
- Reliable, presentable, professional attitude &appearance.
- Good communication skills, flexible, able& willing to learn & handle various tasks
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A private car is a must.
- Preferably nearby areas residents.
