Job Description

  • Managing inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Providing courteous and professional phone support to customers.
  • Updating customers account data, as required.
  • Assist in resolving customers inquires/complaints .
  • Troubleshoots problems and provides information.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Fulfills all duties as communicated and assigned by the call center supervisor

  • Graduates, Undergraduates and gap year can apply.
  • Age limit: 39 years
  • Very Good/Excellent English Language
  • Gender: Females & males
  • Shifts: rotational.
  • 2 days off
