Main Duties:
Tasked with increasing same-store sales across the company through:
- Participating in formulating Local Store Marketing & Sales plans and objectives in close coordination with the General Manager.
- Regularly visiting stores & conducting SWOT analyses in order to customize the local store marketing plan to actions as per every store status & needs.
- Coaching the store managers regarding LSM, sales techniques, suggestive selling in order to increase same-store sales.
- Conducting sales visits to different firms to promote the company's products personally & through store managers when appropriate.
Establishing a catering system to use a mobile selling unit to provide the company products at events etc. through:
- Preparing and designing sales offers for events.
- Identifying the calendar of events where we can provide catering and approaching the venues to arrange rental etc.
- Supervising and improving different catering events, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Providing sales-related analyses:
- Calculate expenses and expected sales of new accounts, events and local store marketing.
- Conduct analysis for all catering sales revenues, customer's opinion surveys, and report for the General Manager the needed actions & explain results.
- Create new ideas to increase market share and maximize customer retention.
Reporting to:

- Same-store sales increases
- Catering monthly sales
- Number of new accounts
- Volume of single accounts
Job Requirements
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience at restaurants catering sales is preferable.
- BSc of Business Administration or Marketing from a well-known university.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in sales.
- Dynamic, active, hands-on and results-oriented.
