Job Description
- Manage Maintenance function & assure high performance
- Accountability for function brands / PoC for brand units
- Develop relations with key vendors / outsourcing supervision
- Cross-functional Alignment
- Manage maintenance budget
- Analyzes service level agreements with service providers contractors/sub-contractors to ensure that items stipulated in the contracts are carried out as agreed
- Reviews installation/maintenance plan and formulate specific activities to accomplish specified project
- Determines appropriate materials and logistics needed to do the necessary repair/installation/maintenance
- Ensures that materials being used complies to the municipality/government/franchise's specifications
- Conducts briefing to the maintenance team with regard to the projects to be done
- Leads a technical team to attend to routine and emergency situations
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or other relevant degree
- Job related experience with more than 10 years within specialized field with increasing levels of responsibility is required.
- Experience in a multi-unit retail environment, multi site & managing a remote team.
