Telesales Agent

Marketing and Telesales is required

• Contact the target companies to register on the electronic platform and answer inquiries and provide the customer with the necessary information
• Respond to all customer inquiries and provide the necessary technical support through the available means of communication.
• Get the necessary information from the client through phone calls.
• Follow up on requests and inquiries and respond within the specified time.
• Conduct customer satisfaction questionnaire and verify the quality of the services provided.
• Explain the characteristics and advantages of the ability to work within a team
• Application Requirements: Spoken Arabic and English, computer proficiency and the Internet
• Prerequisite of having experience in the field of sales by phone will not pay attention to any applicants without experience)To achieve the desired goal and access to it and the possibility of working under pressure - tactfully speaking and fluent in the art of persuasion.

Work Conditions:

• Working Period from 9 AM to 5 PM
