Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Coordinating all public relations and marketing activities.
- Also, developing a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics to enhance the business. Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, and online media.
Responsibilities:
- Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
- Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy
- Interacting with customers and dealing with customer’s inquiries
- Managing a budget to be spent on promoting posts over social media and advertising
- Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with colleagues from other relevant departments to ensure branding is consistent
- Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns
- Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
- Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations as well as Writing and producing presentations and press releases
- Organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferences, exhibitions, tours and visits.
- Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR and marketing campaigns progress.
- Analyzing media coverage and Undertaking relevant market research to promote the business.
- Liaising with clients, and upper management about budgets, timescales and objectives.
PR and Marketing Managers
- May also be required to carry out other, more general, responsibilities. This can involve working on websites and social media and writing and/or producing presentations, reports, articles, leaflets, and brochures for both external and internal distribution.

Job Requirements
- A degree in management, business or media studies, marketing is preferred. A PR or Marketing postgraduate qualification can also be helpful.
- Work experience gained within the PR, marketing, fundraising, events promotion, or journalism trades may also be beneficial in your applications.
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
- Perfect English language ( written and spoken)
