Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Create Strategic Marketing Plan to launch our products, services & build our Brand Equity
  • Lead Marketing & Sales Teams to execute the plan & ensure products are properly Positioned, Priced & Promoted.
  • Provide training to the sales team & lead creating advertising & marketing materials to ensure sales success.
  • Lead the team to find business development opportunities by establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
  • Manage the team to ensure the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal is well designed & executed.
  • Set goals, targets & commissions for every new phase or revenue stream with the executive management
  • Visiting potential customers & building relationships that open up opportunities with key players in the industry.
  • Customer Relationship Management to ensure our customer receives the needed support via online & offline channels
  • Help in Building, Maintaining & Measuring customer satisfaction rates.
  • Lead marketing activities in trade shows, conferences and other professional healthcare events.
  • Monitor & Analyze data & market trends to participate in leading the innovation of the product, the strategy & the business model with the executive management.
