Job Description
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
- Good knowledge in architectural and concept design.
- Prepare architecture shopdrawing and coordination drawings based on project’s design drawings in accurate with quality standard.
- Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil, mech, elect. etc.…)
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project.
- Prepare quantity surveying & BOQ (civil – architectural).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's B.Sc. in Architecture Engineering.
- 3-6 years of experience in technical office.
- Good using Autocad- revit.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- High team work skills.
- Problem solver.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Very good in English (reading, writing and speaking).
