Job Description
- Manages Accounts receivables and payable payments.
- Forecasts cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for investment
- Ensures that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
- Uses hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchangepositions
- Maintains banking relationships
- Maintains credit rating agency relationships
- Arranges for equity and debt financing
- Invests funds
- Monitor the activities of third parties handling outsourced treasury functions on behalf of the company
- Advises management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning
- Oversees the extension of credit to customers
- Maintains a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
- Manages day-to-day activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations including AR of the organization.
- Performs treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management.
- Allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares expense and earning forecasts.
- Ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements.
- Determines procurement of funds and monitors investments and collections. Requires a bachelor's degree.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the same field
- Bachelor degree in commerce, accounting department
- Oracle User is a must
