Job Description
- Assist on developing and preparing various policies and procedures.
- Design each department organizational structure and charts in line with department heads.
- Update organization charts regarding rotations, promotions, transfers, newly hired employees…etc on monthly basis for each department.
- Help to conduct manpower planning .
- Updating job description .
- Conduct regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans .
- Developed a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Post openings in websites, newspaper, advertisements.
- Screening resumes, sources applicants blue and white collars who meet the specified criteria for the position
- Check candidates’ reference with their previous employers.
- Handle appraisal process for new employees’ blue and white collars after their preparation period.
- Conduct new employee’s orientation programs.
- Assist in preparing monthly HR reports.
- Conduct exit interview.
- Keep training records and files up to date.
- Follow-up with medical insurance Co.

Skills:
- Able to Assist in communicating effectively with employees and management team to proactively meet the needs of the company staff.
- Able to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyze and resolve specific problems, and cope with deadlines effectively.
- Able to assist in implementing HR functions.
- Adapts to changes in the work environment and manages competing demands
Education and Experience
- University degree , certificate in Human resources, is a preferable
- Ability to speak/write English fluently
- 5 -7 years of HR experience
- Thorough knowledge of Labor Law, Company’s procedures and operation
- Good computer knowledge
