- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Understanding your customers’ needs.
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them .
- Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Advise clients on market conditions and prices.
- Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects .
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent command of English is a must.
- Very attractive package and commission
- Proficient use of Microsoft office.
- Highly presentable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prefer residence nearby New Cairo , Nasr City , Heliopolis & other around residency.
