Using proprietary digital cloud-based solutions, the company transformed clinic and physician bookings by creating a singular platform enabling comprehensive access to healthcare providers of every specialty across a multitude of insurance purveyors and medical networks.

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our People and Culture Team, based in Cairo.

Here’s what an ordinary day looks like, you will:

  • Plan and organize employees’ travels and business trips.
  • Book flight tickets, accommodation, rentals and ensure all payments are processed accordingly.
  • Be ready to respond to any last-minute change or request.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to maintain solid corporate agreements.
  • Coordinate and oversee office facilities and supplies.
  • Plan and organize on boarding program for new joiners.
  • Track official holiday schedules and ensure appropriate communication across teams.
  • Assist People team with any People related issues.
  • Prepare official documents, letters and reports as needed.
  • Keep an updated database of vendors and suppliers.

Job Requirements

You’re going to need this to carry out this job:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • 2 years of related experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solver and go-getter
  • Organization, time management, prioritizing and ability to handle a complex and varied workload
  • The right attitude to operate in a fluid, vibrant and agile community
  • A good sense of humor!
