Job Description
- Handling of Company requests and following through all inquiries until resolved.
- Effective management of large amounts of daily operations ( flights).
- Maintain Master data for All services (especially for Fuel Section ) for SAP
- Create master data for new routes and new services
- Follow up with all services providers to secure timely flight order fulfilment.
- Provide accurate, correct information for flights on SAP using the right methods/tools.
- Coordination with providers and internal department to execute the correct flow of the flight order.
- Electronic submitter and collection of reports after each flight.
- Make sure all invoices for all flight operations for all our flights is correct and according to flight.
- Post-flight order support service.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduate ( English section preferred )
- Firm grasp of basic and intermediate accounting principles
- Ability to analyze information in an objective and non-biased manner
- Ability to adapt/respond to different personalities
- Ability to work with a team and being an effective team member
- Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadline.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs
- Ability to work on flexible shift bases
- Excellent communication skills
