Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant handling or supervising office duties. The sole purpose of the executive assistant is to make sure that the Chairman work schedule is running smoothly.
Areas of responsibility
- Calendar management
- Client relations
- Design and maintain a filing system
- Organize meetings
- Keep records
- Typing
- Prepare reports
- Processing expense reports
- Take meeting minutes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject
- Fluent English speaker who is able to communicate in B2 level with a clear accent.
- Knowledge of finance is desirable.
- Knowledge of one or more foreign language(s) is desirable.
- Knowledgeable about the education industry and able to demonstrate the products’ technical details to customers.
- Knowledgeable of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
- Flexible with duty timings & schedule.
