Job Description

Job purpose

The customer service coordinator handles a series of activities designed to enhance the experience of the customers. The sole purpose of the customer service is to meet the expectations of the customers so that they are satisfied with the outcome.

Job responsibilities

Coming Customers:

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling or visiting
  • Give a brief about the company and the available programs to the new customers
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Refer customers to appropriate personnel if needed
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

Class/Students Logistics

  • Handle placement test to students and send them to the classroom
  • Correct the placement test
  • Handle all the arrangement for oral exams between the students and the teacher for all languages
  • Print feedback and final exams for all classes
  • Distribute queue numbers to all new/old students to maintain order in reception
  • Make sure front TV is running with our Ads all the time
  • Make sure Air-conditioners/screens are not left running without students
  • Make sure Reach Outlooks good and report any problem with the facility

Administrative

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Work with the Branch Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
  • Fluent English speaker who is able to communicate in B2 level with a clear accent.
  • Knowledge of one or more foreign language(s) is desirable.
  • Knowledgeable about the education industry and able to demonstrate the products’ technical details to customers.
  • Team Worker, well organized and able to implement time management in his/her daily tasks.
  • Excellent persuasion, listening, communication, and leadership skills
  • Flexible with duty timings & schedule.
