Job Description
- Make Collection calls for overdue installments for collection and report calls productivity on a weekly basis
- Communicate & follow up effectively with sales dept. regarding customer accounts
- submit uncollectable accounts for the legal department
- Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer payments, refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies
- Report in a timely manner overdue installments collection status
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in collection and customer care
- Real estate experience ( is a Must )
- Very Good user of MS Office
