- Perform a functional analysis process
- Design Job Description
- Design an organisation competency Model.
- Conduct the all recruitment process.
- Design CBI SHEET for each function.
- Prepare monthly salaries.
- Review performance evaluation and management reports from managers
- Participates in the development of policies and Regulations.
- Designing an orientation plans for new employees.
- Design and implement a TNA plan for all employees.
- Designing training programs and plans for employees and following up their implementation.
- Evaluation of training programs.
Job Requirements
- A professional diploma in human resources management is required.
- Skill is required in the design and implementation of analysis and job description.
- Full knowledge of the competency system design.
- Full knowledge of (CBI / STAR technique / TNA).
- Full knowledge of Performance Management System.
