Provide appropriate documentation and supporting information for clinical actions
Collaborate and coordinate client’s needs with TD physician and members of TD 24-7 team to assure client’s needs are addressed, documented and communicated.
Take the necessary vital signs from the patients
Helping the doctor if needed in any medical equipment during patient examination
Making sure that the medical equipment and tools are organized and clean on a daily basis
Making sure that the clinic is clean
