Job Description
- Analyzing the distributors/merchants’ sales performance and and highlighting areas of weaknesses of region channels and recommends the plans to cover that weakness area & creating an annual sales Plan to grow sales/distribution within different trade channels within the region.
- Managing the distributors P&L to ensure we have a win-win partnership with the distributors & leading a Joint Business Plan process with the distributors customers to deliver the KPIs agreed on in terms of sales/profitability and building brand distribution/sales growth.
- Managing the Wholesale channel and recommending trade drives to build distribution and grow sales & managing the small/medium groceries channel and recommend distribution drives for distribution build up.
- Recommending visibility plans for Key retail and apply the Joint Business planning process with the top distributor customers & delivering monthly/annual sales target.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in FMCG.
- 5 years of experience in Delta region.
- Experience in working with franchises modules specially cost plus module.
- Ability to manage, motivate and inspire a team of successful and motivated individuals.
