Job Description
- Recruitment , Training and OD
- Finding and On-boarding qualified Instructors.
- Identify the fields that have most demand and make sure it’s met with the supply.
- Stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.
- Assist Instructors in getting more students on Tyro.
- Gather feedback from Instructors and students after each session.
- Track Instructors sessions & make sure it's of high quality
- Create a productive workplace environment
- Track payroll for instructors & employees
- Look for ways to enhance employee productivity
- Organizing the recruitment process between the candidate and the company side.
- Job posting & vacancy announcements, including collecting CV and keeping database updated.
