Job Description
Training Manager develops, facilitates, and manages training programs for employees that are aligned with the company organizational goals. The Training Manager assesses the needs of the business, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce.
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through TNA, job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
- Develop individualized and group training plans that address specific business needs
- Apply a wide range of training trends, developments and best practices.
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
- Responsible for preparing training annual budget.
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field.
- Hospitality background.
- Minimum 7 years in learning management, preferably has a flavor of other HR and/or hospitality business exposure.
- Previous experience in renowned/branded hotels/resorts
- Hands-on experience of tools and methodologies of learning management and delivery (CBT, hospitality/guest contact training batteries, etc.)
