Job Description
Job Summary: Telesales agent will be required to contact potential clients representing our services and help them to know our company better through a guided script.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales-Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database .
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role .
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects .
- Very Good English command.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and customer complaints.
- At least 6 months experience in telesales field.
- Fixed working hours from 10 am to 6 pm.
