Job Description

The biddable specialist will be responsible for launching and optimizing search and paid social campaigns, along with reporting, analysis, and strategy. Knowledge of programmatic is highly valuable as well.


Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Work with the team to ensure PPC and paid social campaigns are set up on time and aligned with overall media strategy
  • Ensure campaign goals are met and exceeded for performance campaigns
  • Maintain budget tracker with team to prevent over or under-spend
  • Create PPC and Paid Social strategic plans as well as tactical execution plans
  • Contribute to Programmatic strategies when needed, including retargeting and audience strategies
  • Analyze ongoing results to identify campaign trends and key insights to help meet and exceed client goals
  • Apply advanced tactics including RLSA and other search and social audience targeting tactics to further refine performance
  • Continuously recommend ideas/strategies/tactics and formulate campaign optimization plans with the team
  • Comfortable in presenting to client as needed

Job Requirements

  • Possesses strong writing skills and able to produce high quality documents
  • Demonstrates a structured way of working, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search and social campaigns
  • Google Advertising Fundamentals exam
  • Facebook Blueprint exam
  • A good understanding of Google Analytics
