Job Description

Job Scope: As a Business Support Manager you are responsible for support functions including finance and accountancy, general logistics services, purchasing, warehouse, and human resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide necessary administrative support to the Operations Manager and Business Development Manager to deliver an excellent service to clients in line with company goals.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the formalities required by government bodies are completed in time and conduct pro-active follow up of legal matters.
  • Manage vehicles, labor, staff expenses, printed materials, equipment, and administrative support.
  • Manage a team of supervisors, provide them with necessary training and coaching, set KPIs and conduct performance evaluation.
  • Develop, prepare and administer the company budget and purchasing.
  • Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures for logistics and warehousing.
  • Make sure logistic procedures are applied in compliance.
  • Supervise day to day running of all logistical elements on event projects.
  • Prepare & analyze financial performance reports for all departments to allow top management to create & modify strategic plans to ensure divisional operations are aligned with organizational financial goals.
  • Forecast & reports changes in business climate which affect divisional budgeting to ensure proper funding is available to meet organizational goals.
  • Review operational procedures and recommends opportunities for reduction.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Master degree in Business Administration is a big plus
  • Must have at least overall of 12 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with support services.
  • At least 6 years in the management of the shared services.
  • At least 6 years in management roles.
  • Full proficiency of the Arabic language.
  • Full command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
